Hi listeners! Sarina here. Not too long ago I had a backwards view of mindfulness. I thought it was code for “how to take everything too seriously.”

But now I know better. And some of the same guiding principles that help me relax are also helpful for producing more efficient writing sessions. So let’s dive in.
